will be held in Cividale del Friuli in the IIS Paulinus of Aquileia, in the days between 15 and 17 March 2011, the Intensive olive pruning. The training event is sponsored by members of the delegation OLEA province of Udine and the Travelers Group of Tastes of San Daniele del Friuli Cividale in collaboration with the IIS. The course will be taught by
Sefano Cerni, an expert panel and head and olive Olea taster.
This course is strongly requested by fans of olives and olive oil producers throughout the region Friuli Venezia Giulia, will provide technical guidance on olive, giving a practical setting with different classes in the field. Will be treated seedlings, mature plants and important vessel polyphonic old and renovation.
The course also provides practical exercises in which participants will get to experience the skills acquired in working groups under the guidance of the teacher.
The course, lasting 18 hours, will be held at the Agricultural Technical Institute Paulinus of Aquileia, Cividale del Friuli, or alternatively, in San Daniele del Friuli at the headquarters of Olea Aonedis.
